Description

It's the white guy who I;ve photoed for this site. Looked out my window and there he was pants down for the world to see.
We've got children living here, they don't need to see this because someone is too busy to tend his property.

I didn't see the photo but some guy like that I've seen on Montrose and Westheimer with pants down and on Dallas and Dunlavy defecating. He was reported by the businesses on those corners. and personally a guy like that urinating on my front porch and my neighbor called the police and they showed up 6 hours later so don't expect any city intervention just sayin

Again I spoke to HPD yesterday about this issue and they had spoken to Mr Brackmann as well and is allowing him to take care of the issue on the property or they will start ticketing him.
