Description
Thanks to the Covid Cleanup Unit for trying to clean the sidewalk between Travis and Main that is covered with trash, human excrement, and vagrants. It should not require FIVE HPD patrol units to move the vagrants our of the way so the sidewalk can be cleaned. Some just refuse to move and our tax dollars are wasted trying to clean around them. The City simply must get them out of our neighborhoods.

The reason there are so many HPD units is that they need lots of cameras ( body worn cameras ) to document when the bums ( who qualify for public housing ) decide to accuse the officers of something nefarious. I work for an attorney and every single night I download hours and hours of body worn camera footage ( and other videos ) every night of DWI, assaults, shoplifting, etc...
99.9% of the time the perps are guilty. Also I will bet that 50% of those bums have outstanding warrants. And many of those guys are carrying knives.
