Description

I jog by the corner of Bayberry and Maltby near Linden Ave most days of e week. There is a storm sewer at the corner and there is constant running water below the grate regardless of how long ago the last rain happened. There is also a fire hydrant next to the storm sewer and I wonder if the hydrant has developed a leak. The storm sewer dumps into Long Island Sound a block away and we already have plenty of water in the Sound.
