Apparently I can't say what sort of crime an public nuisance is going on behind this bush and have the report hot be held; however, it seems the city has no problem allowing it to go on.
Over a year of complaints to HPD, Mdtown, 311 bring no relief.
The street is NOT safe or sanitary.

that board was blocking the sidewalk and acting as a blind behind which these activities take place. The shirt was left on the board.
If the actions cannot be described on this site, they're a public health hazard. Take down that bamboo.
