Called HPD 3 times in 24 hours on this stuff.

STILL an issue as of today. The sidewalk is blocked by them and their junk, they are foul-mouthed and belligerent.
It's ridiculous that one can't walk the street by one's house.

I sent this over to our FST landscaping district crew to remove last week. They still have it on their radar to address and remove it. I didn't want to think that i forgot. HPD DRT is well aware of those folks as well blocking the ROW sidewalk. Thanks,

This issue was brought up on Nextdoor. The surveillance video of The Gypsy Poet shows an individual who is "residing" on the public sidewalk steal items from their outdoor patio and bring them back here. Sad that I pay my property tax and the Midtown tax and have to make a detour on my usual dog walk route due to these people "residing" in the ROW with stolen property. I've been calling HPD about this daily for a month, have contacted Sgt McGee who assured me something would be done.
NOTHING has been done.
And they steal packages delivered by Amazon, too.
How is it that the TIRZ can't provide basic services and basic safety?

Do you know how many years HPD has been promising to do something about the bar noise? The vagrants turning Midtown into a slum? YEARS !!! Until we remove the current administration nothing will change. Remember this when you vote.
