Please remove the plywood barriers across the sidewalk in front of 2403 Caroline -- and also the towels/clothing while the homeless camp is broken up.
They were put up by the homeless and have nothing to do with the street construction; no other affected block has them.
If the homeless people return once again, please coordinate with HPD to clean both matters at once.
