Rich's again.Midtown security has not followed up as promised; issue continues on a weekly basis.

yes, you'll say call HPD, but when it's an hour and they and Pct 7 have not responded and the noise in my house is louder than the music I listen to, I really have to wonder, after all of these complaints if there really is nothing MMD can do for the fees it collects. This is insane.

Loud music/thumping bass, occasional crowd "whoooooos" from Rich's. This is an ongoing issue. Yes, I call Pct 7 and HPD, multiple times tonight for instance. If they are responding, the music goes back up when they leave.

People entering the property and spending time on it, leaving trash. I have noted that a certain part of the bushes is marked (presently by a red towel often by other things) and is a place to which people go into the bushes for some period of time, and that others have brought objects out of.

Fence posts have been bent to allow entrance where the fence meets the building on the McIlhenny St. side of the building.

Unconscionably loud noise coming from the club at this location, particularly after 1:30 am & esp @ 2 and beyond

Impassable before McGowan, water flooded over the curb and down both sides of McIlhenny Street and not draining

Ongoing issue of people using the spigot for bathing and laundry. Just called Pct 7 about active incident but have seen several times when not near a phone. MMD might want to alert building owner.

Really, his is7 an every weekend occurrence and Pct 7 isn't necessarily fast about it.

After a quiet week last week, loud music, cranked up after 1 AM outdoors. Ridiculous!

I saw that the noise issue from clubs has been marked solved. Rubbish! I have been calling Pct 7 and HPD weekly for MONTHS.
This issue is not fixed

Vagrants using fenced, gated vacant property for drugs, drink, sex, urination, etc. Have called Pct 7 several times.
Just now they left before constables arrived, walking out on Caroline toward the Hadley Street Homeless encampment.
NOTE: there appears to be an entrance/egress at the border of 2323 and 2309 Caroline as they did not have to climb any fence

Transients trespassing and using property (posted no trespassing) for illicit activities. Pct 7 called several times. Today they appeared to walk out at some opening between 2323 and 2309 at Caroline St
